Linens Provided:
- High thread count linens, down comforters in laundered duvets, cotton thermal blankets; Down, foam and Tempur-Pedic pillows. Duvet covers are laundered the same as sheets.
- Hotel-quality towels are white and are laundered in hot water and bleach.

- Parking for Boat on Trailer: Space to park boat/trailer for up to 25' boat, off road, in back yard. Public launch ramp is 10 minutes; trailer parking available at ramp (no overnight). All boats arriving at Tahoe must be inspected before launch ($75).

Heavy, professional pots and pans, cast iron Dutch oven, Henckel knives.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: Gourmet, with dinner service for 10. Table-top includes cloth napkins, napkin rings, several sets of cloth placemats, candle holders.
- Refrigerator: With icemaker.

Outdoor Features:
- Gas BBQ Grill: Propane. Large, high-end Weber Genesis grill.

- Gas fire pit with cushioned seating for four.
- Patio heater for those cool nights.

Pets & Suitability for children:
- Pet Friendly: Dogs only; no cats. Additional fee applies to permit carpet cleaning after each dog visit. Dogs not permitted in bedrooms. Doggie door for large dogs leads from kitchen to deck. Gates available to keep dog on deck. Private beach is OK for dogs after before 10am and after 4pm. Nearby public dog beach open at all hours.
- Kid Friendly, but house is not child-proof. Electrical outlets are uncovered. Parents of infants and small children must inspect carefully.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, garage or on the deck. Fine will apply -- see lease.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Age 25.
